  Went to the Cafe/ Restaurant for Breakfast for a friends Birthday and was extremely disappointed. The lady who served us was disorganised and wasn't interested in seeing how our meals were. The hot drinks were disgusting and had no flavour to them. Then my meal was forgotten about and there was no follow up. That was when i had to leave the table to then go and find the waitress to chase up my meal which she responded 'Oh yeah, i had forgotten what you ordered.' This really topped it off for me and i was extremely disappointed as i shouldn't have to be the one chasing up my order because the lady was too lazy to come and clarify it with me. Also, the breakfast menu had limited choices so if you like eggs, you're in luck.

  Went in the early morning with a group of 10+ friends with no other guest present. Not only were our orders stuffed up when put through the register, my friend wasn't given her meal until she had to chase it up with the waitress who seemed to show no interest in the matter. My order came out not how I insisted, with the whole meal basically being cold. This was also the same for almost everyone on my table (including the tiny cakes on display in the glass cabinet which we left uneaten and the hot drinks that had little taste). When the waitress came to take our plates, she literally took them without acknowledging us or even asking how the meal was. 1/5
